CORRECTION

The city council meeting is tonight, not April 23, as I had previously reported. The agenda is pretty crowded so it looks like a long night. Sorry about the mis-information.

Unfortunately I did not make it to the council meeting last night, (no I did not go to the Grand).

If anyone wants to share, please do so.

thanks

UEZ and DNA will not get a nickel if some council memebers have anything to say about it. That's what happens when you burn bridges like Baylor has.

Is Baylor is the official spokesman for UEZ and DNA?

Everything he has is an official statement by these groups?

I don't see the connection between UEZ and DNA and Baylor's "bridge burning."

Sounds like someone is just mad.

GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY....SHAME ON YOU!......More cut-and-paste crap copied to the FOS “Professor’s” site.

It’s funny, it’s as if the FOS author thinks there’s still someone out there who is fooled.

The anonymous coward from 1:28 p.m. seems to be suggesting that some members of the council would deprive the city of economic development initiatives solely because of one person's opinions.

That sounds rather petty, doesn't it?

It would make more sense if people like Steve Price had the first clue about economic development; then again, he was on the UEZ board for a year, and still doesn't know where Mike Ladd's salary comes from, because he seldom showed up and didn't pay attention when he did.

That's pre-ordained decay management at its finest, and tickles the little peoples' fetish for dragging the world down rather than lifting it up.

Yawn.
