Last year, NARC approved $70,000 for site improvements at Linden Meadows. Planned improvements include roadbed improvements on Linden Street between West St. and Olive, addressing drainage issues between Linden Meadows and Captain Frank, and possible new sidewalks and street lights at both Linden Meadows and adjacent streets. This new request increases last year’s approval by $30,000 from $70,000 to $100,000. Most of the money will be spent only after construction begins again at the 16 CHDO houses.

Some of the work, such as redoing the ditches, needs to be done irrespective of what happens to the 16 houses. It's still cheaper than demolishing the houses.

This is the only way I know how to contact you Shirley and I wanted to congratulate you on your primary victory. You have put in the work and I know because I have personally seen for myself. You deserve it 100%

Good luck in the general and I'll see you at the next council meeting
